Q: What should I do if I have a complaint?
A: If you have a complaint, please complete our contact form detailing what has gone wrong. If you have received a faulty product, please include a photograph of two of the problem so we can resolve it as soon as possible.

Q: If I am not happy with my order or if it doesn't fit, can I send it back without any trouble?

We are not a "normal" retail company. Every product you order is made specifically for you, and we cannot sell that product to any other person. That's why we ask you to double check the size, colour, product, etc. If you are not sure about anything, please contact our service at, or do a test order with just one single product. To avoid mistakes with images and texts, please double check your order confirmation and make changes if necessary.
