We usually deliver our products with DHL.
You will find your tracking number in the shipping confirmation. If you cannot find the number, then we have sent your package using a “large letter” format. Please allow 7 – 10 days for delivery.
What can I do if I am not home at the time of delivery?
Standard shipping: If you should not be at home when your order arrives, then you will find a notice indicating where you can pick up your parcel.
Express Shipping: the courier will need a signature for verification.
Large letter: You should find the so-called “maxi-letter” in your mailbox.
What can I do if my order does not arrive?
